Your Profile: As a fully qualified lawyer with both state law exams, you have at least 5-7 years of professional experience in a renowned law firm and/or in the legal department of an internationally operating commercial enterprise, and you possess sound knowledge of corporate law and contract law.Your confident demeanor, analytical thinking, and conceptual strength drive you to think outside the box, understand economic contexts, and find innovative solutions.You enjoy applying your structured and proactive work style daily, combining legal diligence with commercial decisions.You are fluent in negotiation and contract-level German and English.
What makes you stand out You have completed both state law examinations, ideally with distinction..You have already gained specific experience in Procurement / Commercial / Sales either in a law firm or in-house, and you bring knowledge in IT law.You are tech-savvy and interested in digital products – both in advising our business units and in using digital tools within the Legal team.You enjoy working with colleagues from a wide range of departments and are enthusiastic about commercial topics and economic contexts.Strong analytical thinking, a high solution orientation, process-oriented thinking, and assertiveness distinguish you.You possess business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).You are highly organized, proactive, and show strong commitment.You work independently, and your proactive approach, empathy, negotiation skills, and assertive personality round off your profile.Please include your CV and certificates with your application to ensure a complete review.
